New Release: Editing trades and tenants, communications and compliance enhancements (Duration: 2 mins) - 11th Aug

The landlord can now edit non-registered tenant emails and tradesperson details. Dashboard compliance reminders now trigger 60 days before due dates, with monthly summary emails sent on the 1st. Key reply-to emails now direct responses back to the landlord to ensure no important communications are missed.

We’ve taken on board customer feedback and launched a new secure portal that allows tenants to report repairs without needing to create an account. Also Landlords can now add personal notes to each ticket, and we’ve also introduced new sorting options in the My Compliance section.

You can now add videos to tickets at creation or during their lifecycle, with updates logged in the activity and history records. Media-saving functionality is improved, and job book details are now optimised for mobile screens.

Landlords can now edit job categories, subcategories, locations and delete tickets raised by themselves. Stay informed with Fiixit! All users now receive notifications in My Messages for updates and key platform info

New Release: Property tagging and application filters. Property bedrooms capture and ticket category updates (Duration: 4 mins) - 14th Nov

The creation of user defined property tags allows a user to filter their dashboard by custom categories. The added bedroom details in the property records now flow directly to ticket creation locations, streamlining repair location identification. Ticket categories have also been updated based on user feedback.

New Release: Ticket workflow updates and My Properties/Tenant status summaries (Duration: 3 mins) - 14th Oct

A 5th In Progress category has been added for the landlord to differentiate between Check Completion, jobs that have passed their booked date but not yet marked complete and Ready to Close jobs that have been marked complete. Tradespeople now see jobs they have marked complete moved to their closed ticket list. Add in some useful summaries for the landlord and extra power enabling them to mark jobs complete, scroll history in My Jobs and that's a rap for this release!

This release introduces a new feature, My Messages, ensuring users never miss important messages shared on their tickets. It enhances ticket chat with a direct private chat option between landlords and tradespeople, and also improves the information included in the My Jobs CSV export.
