New Release: New ticketing portal and user notes (Duration: 2 min) - 28th July

We’ve taken on board customer feedback and launched a new secure portal that allows tenants to report repairs without needing to create an account. Also Landlords can now add personal notes to each ticket, and we’ve also introduced new sorting options in the My Compliance section.

The new portal requires basic information to verify the tenancy. You can access it through the Fiixit website or as instructed by your property manager.0
