- How does adding a new Property Owner work now?
When you add a new Property Owner, it will automatically be linked to the property where it was created. This lets you save the property owner directly to that property without needing an extra linking step.
- Can I change an Admin’s details before they sign up?
Yes. You can now edit Admin details for anyone who hasn’t yet signed up—useful for correcting an email address or other information before account creation.
- What if the Admin didn’t receive their account creation email?
You can resend the admin’s account creation email along with their temporary password if the first message was lost (for example, in spam).
- How does Tenant Status and bulk reminders work?
Tenant Status shows how many tenants per property have created accounts. For those who haven’t, you can send bulk reminders or direct them to the website to sign up.
- What does the Notify Tenant copy option and the confirmation box do?
Notify Tenant now gives an optional choice to copy your account email on messages, which is handy for record-keeping. Note that sending to multiple properties will copy you on each email. After sending reminders, the confirmation box displays the number of emails sent. Additionally, Notify Tenant now supports basic sorting by date.
