Fiixit is a web application, making it easy to add to your mobile home screen for quick access, just like an app. Set it up in under 30 seconds and access it anytime you have Wi-Fi or mobile data. This guide covers both iPhone and Android devices, steps may vary slightly for different manufacturers, but the concept is the same.

My Dashboard is your control center, providing full oversight and management of repairs and compliance across your property portfolio. Access everything via the interactive dashboard or menu system. Tenants and tradespeople have simplified dashboard views for tracking relevant jobs and progress. It’s more than a list—it's your landlord superpower!

My Properties is where you manage your property portfolio. Add properties, tenancies, and tenants. Fiixit will email tenants an invite to create their account, enabling ticket creation and repair tracking for all.

My Tradespeople lets you add your trusted tradespeople to your private account. Once added, you can assign jobs to them during the ticket process. They will be automatically invited to create a Fiixit account. Even if they don't sign up, they'll still receive essential email and SMS notifications for Fiixit tickets you assign to them.

Creating a repair ticket captures key details, helping you efficiently address issues and keep everyone updated. Each ticket will update the dashboard and populate My Jobs. Tenants can report repairs in Fiixit using the same menu options on their dashboard.

Easily check warranties, integrate compliance with repair requests, share requirements with tradespeople, and monitor your status through the dashboard and reminders.
