Welcome to a concise walkthrough designed to give you everything you need to get started with Fiixit. Learn how to add properties and owners, invite tenants and trades, view and edit property details, manage messages and admins, and customise account branding and notifications.
0Click the Property + sign, enter the postcode and click to find the address, then select the correct address from the dropdown. If needed, add a property owner, enter the number of bedrooms (mandatory) and optionally label them, then select Create Property to add it to your private listings.
If you can’t find the address or need to edit it, click the pencil icon to update the address details and then select or save the corrected entry.
Click the Tenants + sign, select the tenancy date range (the start date can be past or future), and add tenants' email addresses by typing or copying and pasting them. Click Add to property to add the tenants — they’ll receive a sign-up email, but can also create an account anytime at Fiixit.co.uk and their details will be recognised. Complete tenant info appears once they sign up. You can add more tenants and different tenancy periods for the same property (eg an HMO).
Click the + sign to add a trade to your private listings, enter the trade details and click Add Tradesperson. They’ll receive a sign-up email, but can also create an account anytime at Fiixit.co.uk and their details will be recognised. Trades do not have to sign up to be assigned to jobs — any on your private list will receive email and SMS updates. Note: you can only edit the details of unregistered trades.
Fiixit is a web application and can be added to your mobile home screen. On iPhone: from the Fiixit sign-in page or while logged in, open your browser menu and select “Add to Home Screen,” then tap “Add.” On Android: from the login page or while logged in, open your browser menu (three vertical i's) and select Add to Home Screen. Depending on the option offered, you may be able to install the Fiixit app (React app functionality) or create a home screen shortcut; the app or shortcut will then appear in your app list or on your home screen.
