0Once a ticket is created, you can use the "Public Chat" feature to discuss any details with your landlord or assigned tradespeople. Any messages you post in the public chat will notify all relevant parties and appear in their "My Messages" section, accessible from the top menu bar.
Your "My Dashboard" provides a central hub for updates on all repair tickets for your property. You can access ticket stages via status buttons, view the activity feed for updates, and follow progress through the in-progress wheel to completion. You can also see all property tickets directly from your dashboard, filtered by different views, or use the "My Jobs" menu for a complete list.
You'll receive job update notifications and your landlord can also use the "Notify Tenant" feature to send you general notifications. You'll receive these notifications via email and can also view them through your dashboard at any time during your tenancy.

To create a ticket, select the + ticket icon in your title bar from a mobile device. Alternatively, you can select 'Create Ticket' from the menu.
