- What should I do if I enter my email and get a message that it doesn't exist or doesn't match the one the landlord has used?
This usually means the landlord hasn't added your email to the system yet. Contact your landlord and ask them to add your email address to the tenant list in Fiixit.
- What happens after I click the "Check Invitation" button?
After clicking "Check Invitation", the system verifies if the landlord has added your email. If your email is found, you can proceed to the account creation steps.
- I have logged in but I can't see my property?
Your property details will only show when you are within your tenancy period. If you have logged in on the 29th June and your tenancy starts 1st July, you will not see your property. You can't report repairs before you move in!
