Launch of The Hub
Introducing the Hub, a new portal where property managers can easily share documents with all their tenants. This initial release is focused on general document sharing across all tenants. (Dedicated individual tenant property hub spaces are coming soon)

- How do I access The Hub?
Find The Hub on the left-hand menu.
- What are Platform Docs and what files are available?
Platform Docs are files shared by Fiixit that include handy templates and getting-started information. Examples mentioned are the Getting Started FAQ Checklist and an Email template to tenants (a draft you can download, edit and share).
- How do I organise documents inside The Hub?
You can create categories as sub folders to group documents. Confirm the name of the category and a new category is created, ready for document additions.
- How do I upload a document to The Hub and notify tenants about it?
Attach the document and then select Upload to add it to The Hub. To alert tenants, use the Notify Tenant feature: select a tenant and/or property group and send the link to the Hub file (the link is included at the bottom).
- Who can see items placed in the General Hub workspace?
The General Hub workspace is visible to ALL tenants.
